1. PHYSICS I
v After studied unit-1, the student will be able to find the acceleration
due to gravity at a place using simple pendulum and compound pendulum. Also can
know the properties of matter like elasticity, viscosity and surface tension.

emf using See beck and Peltier effects and hence understand thermoelectric
circuits.
v After studied unit-3, the student will be able to explain growth
and decay of a transient current in a circuit containing resistance-inductance,
resistance-capacitance and LCR in series. Also will be able to determine the
horizontal components of earth’s magnetic induction at a place using deflection
magnetometer in Tan C position.
