ABOUT CLP

Computer Literacy Programme (CLP) is made compulsory for all the first years except Computer Science students. As most of our students hail from rural areas and semi-urban areas, these programmes enrich them with the use of computers.

·     All the first year U.G students, except those studying B.Sc. Computer science undergo this training.

·     Classes are conducted with six well qualified staff members.

·     A common statewide examination is conducted every year by DCE.

·     Qualified students are given certificates which can be registered with the employment exchange.

·     It enhances the employment opportunities for the students.

·     The CLP Laboratory has 25 computers with Internet connection.

·     Internet connection exclusively meant for the students of the CLP.

·     A Committee comprising three staff members with Principal is administrating this programme.

·     No. of Students enrolled in CLP during the academic year 2020-21 are 1099.
